Learning Experience Design
Using deep knowledge of adult learning principles and proven instructional methodologies, I design and develop e-learning, face-to-face, live virtual and blended learning experiences. I also leverage my project management experience to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning assets.
Whether the group of learners is large or small, or if you need in-person or virtual learning, I provide interactive, expert training facilitation in a safe environment that accounts for your organization’s culture, as well as the individual learning preferences of those in the group.
If there are individuals who need additional coaching after a learning experience, I provide one-on-one and small group coaching services grounded in best practices to further support individual skill development for application on the job.

Hi! I’m Vanessa Fludd and I am so pleased that you have chosen to take a closer look into the learning and development services that I offer. Let me tell you just a little bit about myself.
I believe that my purpose on this planet is to help people grow and develop; and no matter what job I have held, I have always found myself in the role of teacher, trainer, leader, coach or encourager. It seems I can’t get away from my calling to invest all that I can in helping others attain their goals.
My background includes an MA in International Training and Education, which I received from American University in Washington, DC. Over the past two decades, I have held positions as a learning professional at the World Bank, the Association for Talent Development, Strayer University and the University of Phoenix.
Since 2019, my life has been that of a full-time, freelance learning and development consultant. I have worked independently and as a contractor for vendor companies providing learning services for clients in a wide range of industries, including social services, private industry, faith-based institutions, financial services, and manufacturing. In my most previous engagements, I have served in the roles of learning experience designer and developer, project manager, and learning facilitator.
I feel at my very best when I am able to engage with clients to support their learning efforts. And I take the time and care required to fully understand client needs, so that I can provide the best possible learning and development solutions.
